Born and raised in the small town Uvalde, Tx, Emilio discovered theatre at a young age. He found excitement in getting the opportunity to perform in front of audiences and that excitement evolved into so much more. Emilio is currently expected to graduate Texas State University in May 2026 with a degree in Performance and Production.

Through his work, Emilio emphasizes the importance of telling Latine stories. He believes it is important that his community has a place to share their voices. All of this is evident through his recent projects such as Virginia Grise’s “blu” (Director), The River Bride (Sr. Costa), and “Viva Cultura” (Creator), which was the first Latin showcase produced at Texas State.

Emilio’s dream goal, aside from hosting his own talk show, is to create a production company that focuses on sharing Latine stories.
